  I go here everyday due to my tea addiction. It's the only MCD within 5 miles of my work. Everyday I order a large Unsweetened tea with lemon and no ice. 3 out of 5 days they'll get it wrong and I have to wait to have them redo it. The average wait time for me is 25 minutes. This is not fast food.

  The audio was out so they had to take orders face to face. They have three windows on the side of the building. Rather than open the first one to take your orders and money, they had every single car go to the last window to place, pay, AND pick up. Each car took 5 minutes, several people left the line. This was my lunch break at 9:00. This is a 5 minute drive, I waited in line for 17 minutes, and it's a 5 minute drive back. That is my ENTIRE lunch break. I finally get to order - I ask for a mango pineapple smoothie, and two bacon sausage mcgriddles. Guess what? Their smoothie machine is down and they're not serving their "all day breakfast" right now.

  Little bit dirty, several flies in the kitchen, but the food was fine.
  
  Getting worse with each visit. Pop machine broken. Long wait and lots of angry customers huddled together waiting at the counter.
