  The employees who worked there months ago played around to much and service was terrible and they were rude to customers. After firing everyone and getting new management it got better, but today when I walked in there was no line, I thought it would be quick service. I just wanted an iced coffee and a donut. There were 3 girls. One taking an order at the window and the others standing around not doing anything. I waited 5 minutes and no one still came up to me to see what my order was. Finally I said "Excuse me," and the only one working the window told me to wait one minute. Finally a different girl came over to take my order and the one at the window fixed my order while the cashier joked around at the register. Service just as bad as it was before they fired everyone.

  I live down the street so it's convenient for me to come here. I've given it a few chances and every single time I have been treated very rudely and they have messed up my order every time. The last time I was there they lied to me about a not having something simply because they didn't want to make it. I will never come back to this location again and I will make sure I tell everyone to do the same. I don't understand why people can be so rude to a customer for absolutely no reason.
